Challenges We've Overcome

⚙️ Mechanical Precision

Achieving consistent ball launching required extensive testing and calibration. We developed a dual-flywheel system with adjustable speed control for different distances.

💻 Autonomous Reliability

Computer vision in varying lighting conditions was challenging. We implemented robust AprilTag detection with fallback navigation strategies.

🔧 Weight Optimization

Balancing durability with weight constraints required creative material choices and structural optimization through CAD analysis.
